<div> We commissioned an Alpha-ESS solar solution and all was on track until the City of Cape Town issued a fine. The installation was not registered correctly, as is deemed *******. They have since washed there hands of the situation. It is important to note, that the system is actually a rented solution, so it still belongs to them. They are now refusing to take liability for the fine, demanding a deposit (that wasn't part of the rental contract) and threatening to list us with the credit bureaus. Their MD, Brett Furlong, has decided to be judge and jury, and I quote... "I am your communication/legal/listing agent. ". They have zero regard for NCR guidelines. They have zero regard for doing the right thing. They are now threatening to say the system warranty has been affected. </div>

The registration of the system was explained to you before proceeding and is the requirement of the homeowner not the installer. Oxbow has however assisted you to submit this application to the COCT which we have now paused due to non payment for the system. It is difficult to assist further as you have not made the deposit payment on the system which has been the reason for handing Stone Arch over as a defaulter and bad for credit.
Once arrears payments are made we are very happy to assist further again.
