Payment request failure x 3

My daughter requested a $100 dollar payment into her account. She received acknowledgement and was told in the automatic reply that since her request was after their payment date she would now receive the payment between 28 January and 1 February 2021. She checked her account on 1st February but no payment was made!!! This company is ******** people and I'm therefore warning other potential investors. I looked on the internet and noticed there's a huge lawsuit against them in Memphis. Has anyone else out there woken up to this **** company. Again, if anyone has any information as to what is going on here, I would greatly appreciate a reply. Kind regards
