taking advantage, ****** and ********ity .

Im reporting for the second time, OwnArental team don't want to respond to my whats-up, they don't want to explain why they took my rental car which was collected on the 4th while i was about to pay, they charge me for march installment, they lie that they spoke to me for some several time of which they did once. The only thing they did was they did not want to tell me my last date of payment, the was no notice eather no final notice again, no papers were signed during car collection. They charge me prorate when i collected the car 29-11-2019,when i ask they don't respond. I paid more instalment 07-10-2020 for covering Marh 2020 instalment. they first charge me R11 866.18 on the 5-11-2020 and after they change and send me again a quote on R1818 357.93. They don't want me to make any arrangement but I need to pay cash. Im a small business woman who is helping the community and gaining nothing.
