Do not opt for this ****ming dealership

This selling dealer is a ****. When the want to conclude a deal, they will blind you by offering a mechanical warranty in place but when it comes to them assisting you, you will get the runaround. They don't disclose that you have to bring the vehicle to them for any mechanical issues you will encounter. I collected the vehicle 2023 July, around October I told them about noise in the engine on a cold start and the salesman said I have to communicate with the manager. I have communicated with him and funny enough I have to always remind him of the vehicle I am currently in position of ( that's ignorance) because they don't even keep records. I work Monday to Friday and travel from Benoni to Sandton and fairndale to drop off and collect my wife to work. The selling dealer is baded in Randfontein, plus minus 50km away. I have told them that I will take the vehicle to an Rmi dealership to diagnose the vehicle. We agreed upon that, suddenly after the vehicle has been dismantled for fault findings, I am now told to bring the vehicle to them for their own diagnostics, obvious I cannot because the vehicle is stripped. As per new rules of right to repair with disclaimer form in place, the warranty administrator was supposed to send out an assessor if they need fair chance to adjudicate the claim, however the claim was not entertained, instead I was asked to bring the vehicle to them. With wich Petrol?, is it safe to drive the vehicle?. I am a part time student and having upcoming exams that I need to prepare for. My situation, my needs and financial implications are not being taken into concederation but when the debit orders are always up to date. Please!! Never agree to sign a deal with this dealer. The timing chain and sprockets where found to be at fault together with the thermostat housing. I was forced to pay R7800. 00 from my pocket while having a mechanical warranty, and worse part, vthe components are covered by the warranty. The job toom only 3 hours to be completed but the selling dealer told me that the vehicle will need to sleep over, the repairs will take a day or 2. I am hiring the vehicle because I need it for work and school purposes. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, at tge moment I am suffering financial loose because of the selling dealer.
