Complaint About ownArentel In Randburg 1main Rd Newlands

I have had the worse experience in the last few weeks after purchasing a car from this dealership, within the first two weeks since owning the car I experienced mechanical issues with the car and not having a reliable vehicle affected my job, I made contact with the dealership bring the issues to their attention and through the days I spend waiting for the car I attempted to make contact with the dealership manger for feedback and updates and I was ignored,no regular updates were made or any feedback on the mechanical issues,Just last week Wednesday I pocked up the car after the dealership contacted me and said the car is fixed and they assured me the car is perfect and the issues are fixed, They would not or will not state which mechanics they use or share any information from the machnics, Today the car has given in and has the same mechanical issues, we have discovered that they have not replaced the hydraulic pump but they have rather just put cable ties around the pump and there is still a clutch and pressure plate issues which has lead to a near accident because of the car stalling and not having any clutch well I was in traffic,I have images and proof now I am seeking for assistance and advise on what steps I can take to conclude with the dealership that I do not want this deal, I want them to accept that I want to cancel my finance with them and I would like to personally state that this has taken a toll on my work as my job requires me to be on the road,I try to express this to the manger from the dealership and all that I get is being ignored and no response to my situation I am facing, if anybody out there can offer advise or recommends on what I can do I would appreciate it please, I am not happy with the service I have received from ownArental and I need assistance before this further impacts my job.
