**** selling dealer, even the owner is not customer oriented he doesn't have clue on how does mechanical warranty. What they saying on the claim process is not in line with their policy wording. The owner is saying that the claim will be rejected without having the technical failure report, neither the quotation. As a client I have been treated unfairly and ********ly. The standard of the service is not in line with FIAS act, not sure how they even qualify to run an automotive company. They should stick to selling cars and freelance a warranty company to run the warranty stuff because their service is way poor. I will not recommend someone to fall for this **** selling dealer.
