REFUSAL TO PAY REFUND

We bought stock(ceiling tiles)R158 775.18 from OWA for one of our maintenance work, once our work was done there was additional stock which was left and we took it back to Owa so that we can be refunded. They promised that our refund will be paid back this past Friday 24 July 2015 and till now the refund has not being paid. I have been emailing, calling and even drove to their offices this morning and i was told it will be done today and nothing has been done yet. As a small company the refund is meant to pay for staff salaries which are not yet paid yet and one cannot get any response from OWA.<br> <br> Could you please assist in this matter.
