Professional Post Construction Cleaning- what a joke!

<p>After searching the internet for suitable service providers to assist with post renovation cleaning, I had narrowed by search down to 2 service providers, but then opted for Ovybrooks Cleaning Services. They depcited themselves as a professional organisation equipped with knowledge, expert staff in branded appropriate attire and the required SABS approved cleaning materials and equipment as well known clients they have dealt with in the past, so I booked their services.</p> <p>What a mistake I had made, Upon my arrival home, I found my own domestic worker and husband cleaning and sweeping, getting down on their hands and knees cleaning, what their quotation and services assured they could do. To make matters worse, their supervisor was extremely rude to my husband and continued to raise his voice and get somewhat aggressive with him, when my husband questioned as to why they wanted to leave as the job had not been completed to what the quotation had stated.</p> <p>Their cleaning team was made up of 2 cleaning ladies and 1 cleaning man equipped with ordinary cleaning equipment and materials, what I was quoted for to clean and what was carried out was not inline, in fact I would have been better off getting my own domestic worker and another person to clean. I have raised this with the owner of the company Kingdom Brooks and to date have not had any response, so I have no choice but to notify people not to use this company as what they claim they are and what they provide is a not at all aligned. </p>
