OVK - Steynsburg

OVK Steynsburg is the worst co-op I have ever been into. Yesterday I bought a thermostat for my geyser and when the electrician put it in, the water did not warm up. He took it out and shook it and we heard something rattle inside. He took it back and the manager said there are no refunds or guarantees. He was not going to replace it. I went down there, with my electrician, shook the thing in front of the manager and told him "It does NOT work!" He grabbed it out of my hand, threw it into the dustbin, marched around the shop and shoved a new one into my hand. This one works. But the utter rudeness of the man was shocking. It is not the first time he has been rude to customers and totally unhelpful, myself included. This is a very poor reflection on the whole of the company.
