Bad Attitude and service

On numerous occasions I have complained about the service at out local co-op. The staff are not knowlegable or helpful. Wrong prices are given. There is always a shortage of stock. This morning I asked the cashier for two 50 kg of mixed fowle food and a large bag of Montigo Puppy food. Once again there was no dog food in stock. When I got to the store to load, only one bag of fowle food was rung up! Every time I pay with my bank card, the cashiers wanst a signature on the slip although it clearly states no signature required. Last time I complained about this branch the person from the head office which came to Bethulie said that I was the only one with a problem. Why is it then that I am not the only one with a problem?? Why do I never have a problem at the other branches? Do not get a manager or anyone else to contact me. Sort out the Bethulie branch as it is very unpleasant shopping there.
