Problems with OVHD

Good Day

I have an OVHD for about 2 years now. On Monday night 23.04.2018 all of a sudden the following message came up ;

" E04 this services is not authorised by operator for viewing. Please activate using OVHD USSD or refer to the customer care number in the user Manuel. "

I have emailed ********** but unfortunately they have not responded. I need feedback as soon as possible to know what i need to do and why this has happened.
