Problem activating my OVH Decorder

<p>I bought an OVH decorder on monday 01st May and have battled now for two (2) days to get it activated. I have had no luck in getting hold of the service centre as their telephone number doesn't even ring, even when the operator says please hold for the next operator. I also tried the *120*ovhd# and continually get and error - system failure error: timeout.</p> <p>If this is the service that one gets, even before the decorder is activated then all i can say is that the decorder is then not worth the hassel</p>
