Ovhd no reception

For 3 weeks now i have been receiving reception problems. When i phone they are helpful but they say u will get quicker help via whatsapp.... they do not even respond on whatsapp at all..... I get reception a couple hours a day. It never used to be like this at all. I will not recommend ovhd to anyone again. I will rather pay more and go back to dstv
