OVHD Incompetency

Its been more than a year now that i am struggling with my OVHD. I received a notification that we had no need to re-align our dish. A month later NO SIGNAL. I phoned your *********** support desk operator and with no avail. I know how to trouble shoot devices. The fact that your support cant even give me a sat NAME or coordinates are just F**** unbelievable.

How will this issue be rectified and when. I'm not going to pay a person a R1000 to come and check my dish. You will pay for that..
