OVHD Customer service

<p>Just want to thank the call centre agent, Nozuko, for his outstanding problem solving s****s and his approach to solving my issues. I've had a problem with my OVHD set up box for over a month nobody was able to assist me with it. I called the centre many times to activate the set up box and was told it would be sorted in 30 mins but to no avail. I called again last night and spoke to Nozuko and he assisted me with such ease and efficiency. He sorted out my issues and assured me that it would be working in 30 minutes. Which is what happened. My OVHD is now working perfectly. So a big thank you to Nozuko. His help is much appreciated </p>
