Ovhd call centre useless

I wasted over 50 of airtime trying to get hold of the call centre regarding the problem I'm having for 5 days saying no signal my smart card needs to be activated I dailed *120*6843*1# n followed the prompts but still nothing. Tried calling the call centre wasted my airtime holding for over an hour and still don't get attended to and airtime cut. I left countless massages on Facebook but no one called.....
