OVHD always off..no signal nothing works

I have never been able to watch tv since day 1...and i got this ovhd last year ..signal on and off on and off...then it deactivated it does this all the time...i have to call in wait hours or whatsapp on the app where whoever is in charge of that whatsapp reads the msgs and never reply till i put up a fight...how can i keep reactivating this stupid thing...hpw can it keep going on and off with signal and i keepgetting told. To unplug and plug it back and moving the dish from one to another...why is there no ovhd peron who comes out to check...why the heck are they charging si much to fix the sbit they created...take peoples money and now i sit with an off tv for months coz this **** just dont work...HOW DO I WATCH TV? WHAT MUST I DO WITH THIS STUPID DECODER ?
