My OVHD is giving problems

I should like to bring to you attention regarding the OVHD their customers helpline is not helpful is been more than three weeks for and my not watching any tv, for the past days I have been calling them so Tht can help me to fix the problem. They keep on giving me excuses saying it's my dish it does not have a signal, the worst part of this whole situation is tht they don't have the nearest agents were I can take my decoder to be fixed it really stressing me a lot.
