Complaints re programme guides ignored

I have emailed OVHD twice, to 2 email addresses, to tell them they have a problem with the on-screen programme guides. That is both the EPG and at the bottom of the screen when you first click onto a new channel. The programmes for TV3 are shown on the E+ screen etc. Everything is about two channels out of sync. OVHD does not respond at all - not even when I told them my next step would be Hellopeter.
