Blue envelope icon not removed

Since 23 Sept they display a message saying they are aware of the "blue envelope problem". For a company that coined at least R500 mil they really are totally disapointing in solving this irriratiing problem. Perhaps one of the news networks should focus on this bad service. Perhaps then will they try to find a solution. SHOME ON THEM!!!!
