Bad service

<p>Since the purchase of my ovhd decoder I have received nothing but bad quality service. When calling the call centre you are placed on hold forever. No one answers and when you do get through to a consultant they are not very helpfull at all. </p> <p>All i want is for my decoder to be activated. Can someone please assist</p>
