bad reception

Bought the decoder connected it fine every single night without fail the picture is distorting. Tried calling the call centre now at 8 and 9pm I am put on hold for more that 5 minutes. With just a normal antenna I get a clear picture. If you cannot fix this stop selling products that do not work. I suggest that you either get this resolved or take your product back and refund me my full funds
