Unsolicited R99.99 Debit Orders

Hi,<br> <br> I appear to be yet another victim of unsolicited debit orders. Two debit orders of R99,99 went off my account. I got the details of the company responsible, Fulcrum Collections - ***, who then said they'd been instructed by Oversurance - *** who then said a company called Dynamic Marketing - *** had been responsible. I get no response from the number for the last company. This looks like debit order ***** and these people must be brought to book. How do you just randomly debit people's accounts with authorization? What's worse is the amount is under a R100 so you will not get a notification :(
