Unkown debit order and company

Good day i am the victim of unsolicited debit orders. a debit order of R99.00 went off my account on the 31.03.2016 ref num SHAJIEMARKRF***6SHAJ15289, AND I ALSO WANT MY CHARGES TO BE PAID. I got the details of the company responsible, I spoke to Bianca from Fulcrum Collections - ***, who then said they'd been instructed by Oversurance gave me this number - *** said i must ask for Magdeline. The number is not going through and i am really tired of these fly by night companies, every month i need to reverse the R99.99 for more than 3 debit orders from fly by night companies who ***** the hard earned money from poor people.How do you debit people's accounts with out an authorization? This needs to come to an end honestly i am sick and tired of people taking advantage of others.
