Had an unknown debit order on my account for R99-99 with ref service agreement collect serf. Phoned my bank, Standard Bank. After paying R22 they told me it is for Fulcrum Collections. I then sent a mail to them and they let me know that it is for Oversurance (Pty) Ltd and can be contacted at ***. I called them but then no one could deal with my \query". """
