The most difficult place to get hold of, ever!

My Husband and I decided that we would like to go camping at Onrus Caravan Park for Easter Weekend this year. Being Easter I knew it would book out Early so I started phoning the Caravan Park Immediately (03.02.15) to get a booking, I called and called and called all day no answer, the next day my Husband got hold of me from work to say that he called and the phone was engaged, so I got excited and I called and called and eventually got through at about 4pm that day(04.02.15), the Lady I spoke to told me they had a few sites available still but none along the seaside, I said that's fine, and asked her how I go about booking, she said they would email me a booking form, so I said Great thanks, and I hung up, no email the next day or the day afterwards (05/06.02.15). So I waited til after the weekend and I called again, again no answer (09.02.15), so I kept trying. Eventually I got through only to be told that they were fully booked and there was no booking made under Our Name. Fantastic. What am I suppose to do now? Told them to forget it and I will find another Campsite. Since they don't seem to care about their customers let alone getting back to them. Not Impressed at All!
