Onrus Caravan Park is definitely not the best run or managed Municipal Caravan Park. Upon arrival, two of our four camp sites (pre-booked a month ago), was occupied by one couple. One plot for their tent and the other for their car. We brought this to the attention of the Office. Their response was that these people must move because we booked and paid for these sites. We were told to go ahead and setup camp on the 2 sites as they will sort out this problem. Two hours later after no response from the office(management), we eventually called the manager as it was becoming dark and two of our family group were stranded without sites. The managers response was that he does not allow campers to move once setup. I guess race does play a role at this camp site as four coloured families were crammed onto 2 camp site and this white couple was allowed to merrily camp on our sites. I should also mention that the invading couple only booked 48hrs prior. ?#?PATHETIC? We will definitely be taking this matter further
