OAM another level of incompetence and cost

OAM is a middleman for insurance companies (adding another layer). Unfortunately they do not enhance service delivery, just adds another barrier of negotiations (and costs) to ensure clients dot not have access to reimbur*****ts of claims. And they accept zero liability as they are not the insurer.
