Overland Liquors do not show loyalty

<p>To Whom It May Concern</p> <p>I have been a customer of Overland liquors in Weltevreden Park at the Rock Cottage shopping center.</p> <p>I have a loyalty card from this store since they started offering it. I thought it was nice for me being a regular customer to have a loyalty card and being and getting a 5% discount on all my purchases. Basically after my 5% discount I still spend about R 2500.00 per month at this store. (Give or take)</p> <p>So on Thursday evening the lady that helped me at the counter decided that I no longer qualify for the 5% discount and changed my account to 1%...... I mean so me being a loyal customer turns out showing me that overland is not loyal.</p> <p>I was loyal to Overland because of this loyalty gimic, I mean the prices are the same as other bottle stores but for them to offer me a loyalty card with a discount means that I drive past 2 other bottle stores.</p> <p>I've been there twice to speak to management for an explanation on why their staff decided to downgrade me after 2+ years but I was not able to speak to anyone.</p> <p>Thank you Overland for your dishonesty.!!!!</p> <p>Bradley<br /> ********** </p>
