Poor service from Overkruin Dierekliniek

I took my 2 puppies to Overkruin Dierekliniek, asking specifically for a winter trim and even giving them a picture of how it should look. I even watched while the instructions were written on a paper and I saw how the woman at reception wrote \winter trim - see picture"When I saw my dogs they were shaved so short"
