Is this college accredited by the department of education?

Can you please assist in checking if the above mentioned college is accredited by the department of education to have matric rewrite program. They are always hiring and firing teachers and children fall behind on studies. Now they had to wait for a June accounting paper of which only one was brought and copies made for the rest of the school
