Worst customer service

Absolute worse service I have ever received. Customer service is a foreign concept in this store and the staff oozes incompetence. They answer the simple question, rather stare at you blankly and god forbid you ask them to assist you(the customer) with a simple sim swap. I had the joy of being assisted(if you can call it that) by Nadine the most rude and miserable I've come in contact with in ages. I think if she had to smile her face would crack. She clearly is in the wrong proffession as she dont know how to deal with customers and while I was there she lost an easy sale due to her incompetence. While she was assisting me she kept on bashing the keyboard showing me how irretable she was getting helping me and if she was paying attention and entering the correct numbers a simple sim swap wouldnt take 2 of the longest hours of my life. Firstly Nadine did not listen to what I wanted did not supply me with all the necessary or correct information which cost me to go to my car twice. She then had the audacity to tell me not once but FOUR times she is not getting anything out of this. I bit my tongue more than once. And to top it off she tells me after I told her I already had a sim card that she did not do all this for free and out her own not asking me and just ring up a sim card (Btw normally cost at most R5) for R25.00. Dont even have tbe decency to ask which sim package I would prefer. I asked to cancell the transaction and she refused. Im appalled by both staff members remarks and behaviour. Plus I did not realize that it is okay for staff to have take away in front of customers and leaving their cold drinks where my phone was getting it covered in spilled gross cold drink. Seriously Nadine time for you and your colleague to seek different employment as both your attitudes and under your breath remarks sucked. I will never ever support this store again neither will any member of my family. I have tried contacting the owner no luck seems they like having *****s running their business.
