If you can avoid Hannes Swanepoel from Overberg Plumbers,do so.Comes across as professional,can do everything,knows everyone/everything untill he damages your property,first he admits my skylite was in the way of geyser installation then lies when Insurance Company tries to get him to fix it.He has been logging a claim with his PI Insurance since 25 May 2019! They advertise that they have PI insurance for your peace of mind.....Fogi the 3rd party company who appoints these contractors on behalf of Santam Insurance are as rude and unprofessional as the plumber. Claim and damages took place on 15 April 2019. Nothing has been done by any of the parties to fix damages and Santam said it's not an insured event.!!!Beware when you report a geyser claim!
