Overberg Plumbers - poor service

I logged a call with my insurance company to replace a faulty toilet. The call was logged and send to FOGI who subcontracts Overberg Plumbers. They promised to come but did not arrive when promised. The them went away after inspecting and i only herd from them 2 weeks later after I called them. They finally replaced the broken toilet after a week. The new toilet then leaked from the next day. I called them and told them about the leak and they promised to come and look at the problem. The never came. I called on 27/03 and i did not hear anything form them until I called them today on 24/04. They are very eager to come and replace and charge you fro it but poor and terrible when it comes to communication and after sales service. I finally logged a complaint with my insurance company. If you have a choice , avoid Hannes Swanepoel from Overberg Plumbers. They promise you will be dissappointed. Tel ********** 479
