A Bad Customer Experience

Hi there,

I was referred to overbergfoods by a friend. Immediately I went on the website and app**** for a COD account. The response was quick and was told documents were outstanding.

All updated docs were sent and I was told all docs were in order, all that needed to happen was my account placed on the system.

This all happened on 21/03/2019 Since then I have made numerous calls and send numerous emails with no response. Was dealing with Fabian and Keren

It is more than a month later and still no response, this is the worst service I have ever received. It shows that emails are read but no response from anyone.
