Very dishonest

Ordered a counter top from Overberg Boards Gansbaai and paid in full for it. After about 2 months of them saying it was still on order they said they cant get it and would refund me. I have phoned probably 10 times and been there personally about 5 times I cannot get my refund out of them. Very dishonest people
