Not delivering water tanks that was in stock and paid for

I bought tanks from them almost a month ago with the promise that it would be delivered. No feedback, no delivery. This is one of the most unprofessional organizations I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Probably at the point where I will have to open a case of *****.
