<p>I recently paid Over the Limit Excess Luggage R3500 to ship 24 pieces of my (deceased) Mother's 50 year old pottery from Johannesburg to Florida in the United States. Despite making it very clear that the safety of the shipment was my top priority, Leslie Nienaber, at Over the Limit, neglected to take even the slightest care in packing the pieces for shipment. All the pieces were nested together with a single sheet of paper simply laid in between them. No bubble wrap or other appropriate packing material was used. The bottom, top, and sides of the box were also not padded - with the cermaics laying right against the cardboard box. The result was that 13 of the 24 pieces were smashed to pieces! Leslie repretedly denied any responsibility, claiming that the packing job was done to industry standards in South Africa. Ek is nie a pampoen nie. I know that is not the case. Avoid this woman at all costs. She is NOT to be trusted with your property!!! </p>
