An amount of R99 was debited on my business account without my knowledge or permission on the 15th of March 2015. Upon contacting my bank(Nedbank), details on the ref. number pointed to a company called Slurcrum Cllections which then directed me to yet another company called Over Insurance. Funny thing is that,it doents end there,they also forwarded me to a company callec Eve Marketing.. I spoke to Nicole who then she promised that a full refund plus bank charges will be refunded to me by tuesday next week. This is a ********** transcation that needs to be dealt with considering the fact that there is no trace of any correspondance of the so called contract between the company/companies in question and my company or myself. This needs to stop because it creates a lot of unnessary administative nightmare for the victims concerned.
