OVC/DTSR

My experience with Ovc Durban North was not pleasant at all.i paid for a program to teach English as a foreign language in Asia,Cambodia to be specific. I was introduced to Willie a guy who.works with Ovc but is based in Asia.and I paid 20k for a 4 weeks TEFL training on arrival in Cambodia.and lady luck was not on my side ,I was declined entry in Phnom Penh Airport by immigration and they didn't give me or Qatar cabin crew a reason as to why.when I asked Ovc and Willie to refund me my 20k they refused giving me different excuses that they will keep it with them for twelve months and I must try and return to.Asia again.another excuse was that they were not with me at the airport so.they don't know what transpired. IAll I'm asking is for them to refund me the.money as I did not attend the training. Can not pay for services that were not delivered. And me declined entry that was not my faul***** being unfair to take and keep my 20k for something I didn't achieve.and I am really not going back.to.Asia after the stress and shock I received in Phnom Penh Airport.
