Lies !!!!

This company and it's associated companies have made this the longest and most troubled trip of my life! They have made what was meant to be a beautiful experience to be a money ripping experience. There is a lot of wrong that I would like to get into, however the most recent one is the one that I would like to get into. My boyfriend and I enrolled into one of these work in Thailand trips and they organized the flights for us which included our return flights. Firstly, they tell you that you will get one free change on your flight so that you can take the premium package. Then, a week before you leave, they tell you that the airline phoned and has asked if they can move your departure flight a day or two earlier, thus using us your free change. (Which isn't communicated to you)

Then, three months later, you need to change your flight due to your visa stay, and you need to pay them R1500 for the change. That's not even where it ends.

So this morning I decided to check on my booking through the airline. Only to realise that THERE IS NO BOOKING FOR MY FLIGHT! They sent me an itinerary that has changed dates and changed flight schedule is the same, however, the booking reference is till the same, and the airline has no knowledge of my flight!

Do not trust this company. They are full on stories and lies. They are money hungry people who do not care about anyone but their own pockets.
