DR DEEPAK CHOPRA - EVENT - EMPERORS PALACE JHB

I booked tickets to attend the Dr Deepak Chopra live in SA event at Emperors Palace in JHB - 18 Mar 15. <br> From the outset it was very clear that the people running the event - simply had no idea of how to run a seamless event. From the get-go the staff hosting the registration tables were completely rude, there was no logical or ordered queuing system and clearly they had not planned for the amount of tickets sold. The was a shortage of goody bags for the people who had bought Guru tickets @R2999 per ticket!!! Once entering the venue, there were not enough chairs for the number of people who had booked for the event. Whilst Dr Chopra was speaking chairs were being rushed into the hall on trolleys - which was noisy and distracting - and overall, how do we be proudly South African when we can't even get ourselves together to pull off an event of this nature. And although we were paying for the privilege of Dr Chopra's times - at those ticket prices - what a *******!
