MISREPRESENTATION AND TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

You get a consultant phoning you and thanking you for your ongoing regular payments then a day later you get an SMS and E mail stating Monies not paid in two days before the actual debit order is supposed to come off for payment. You then contact them because now you are confused and get told its a computer generated automatic mail. WHO OPERATES THE COMPUTER ??????? Then you get apologies and are guaranteed an apology mail and nothing happens. Stupidity of the highest order. You ask for a managers contact details to escalate this so they can see whats going on and you get zero.
