I went for an interview at outworx I just wanted to see what people had said was true, you go in they first discuss about you than they call you for the interview while they interview you and you answer the question you have been asked the lady disturbed me I didn't know when you have to answer questions it is needed to be a one word answer since I have a Nqf Level 4 I didn't know that there are campaigns which takes you if you have or fall under Nqf Level 4 instead of a matric certificate worse part I am studying in a university with my Nqf Level 4 so the company needs to get people which are educated not just take any Tom and herry to do interviews or employ just anymore worse they employ people which they don't have matric and they take connections from their Indian friends shame they think it their fathers company so it was a very bad experience I don't suggest anyone to go there it ****.
