Great Customer Service and Follow Up

After having problems with one of their suppliers, the team at Outward Ventures, Scott, Cathy and Rob, all made sure that my problem will be solved. They were extremely apologetic even though the matter was no fault of theirs. I would recommend dealing with them to anyone. They are a great bunch and know how to run a business properly. Well Done. I will continue to support them and the brands that they supply to South Africa.
