Zee Baatjes for Employee of the year at Outsurance!

I have been an Outsurance client for over a decade. I have always been thrilled with the service that I have received- claims included. I have just changed my policy and dealt with a lady named ZEE BAATJES. Zee was amazing! She understood my request, followed through with adding and deleting items in a very methodical manner, answered my questions, arranged tracker installation for my new vehicle, offered logical advice, and even had a laugh with me on the phone. She felt like a friend by the time I put the phone down. She followed through with a confirmation email immediately and had made the changes with perfection.
