the help@out service was exceptional. called back almost every 10 mins while I was waiting next to the road for the tow truck, just to make sure that I was still okay. kept me updated the whole time on what's happening. A very big thank you to the advisor (zander hayton) for keeping me calm when I was very clearly freaking out. awesome service indeed.
