Zakhona Simelane-Worst and Disgusting Service
The worst kind of service, i have received in a while. I have never felt so disrespected and so belittle by a consultant, who told me because i do not have a policy with Outsurance she owes me no great service. She even refused to give me her name until i had to callback to get her name. I am disgusted that in 2021, people still give such service to clients. SIES!!
