I spoke with one of your agents, who made me feel like he was really not listening to me and is not telling me whether I would need to take my car to someone or if they would come to me. He also seems to suggest I must climb under the car to take photos of the undercarriage. Ridiculous. In addition, he is quoting me an excess of more than R5 000 when all I have asked for is for Outsurance to get Openserve to pay for an inspection of my car seeing as they dug a ditch at my mother's house without anyone's permission. He says that Outsurance will not get involved in such a thing. Well, I am not considering dropping Outsurance unless you can change my mind. Over R5 000 in excess for a car inspection? What is wrong with Outsurance?
