You pay for more than you are aware of

I requested insurance on two of my cellphones. I work from home and thus, hardly ever take them out of my house. The quote I was given was ridiculously high and I requested it was bought down a bit. Even after that, I think the quote I received was still R700 odd rand. After agreeing to this quote (I was told she couldn't do any better) I made 2 phone calls to different insurance companies. One quoted me R200 for both phones. I then cancelled my deal with outsurance only to find out that the call center agent had added a laptop worth R2000 to my quote, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR AND MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT AGREE TO. What I also discovered, is that they made one of my phones a Samsung S5 instead of a Samsung A5. Your call center staff must work off incentive or something to make them want to secretly add onto your quote??<br> <br> I made a complaint on Facebook and was told that, that should not have happened and was asked for my OT number for investigation. 2 weeks later and not a word. I have cancelled my insurance and have not made a claim. I want my money back for that first month. You guys ****med me.
